The Young Leaders of Tomorrow Extension program, “9 Paths”, engages students in a series of workshops that prepare them for 3 days of job-shadowing with a personally-matched mentor (from our carefully pre-selected pool of prominent Hong Kong professionals – see bios below for a selected few) culminating in the development of a final personal portfolio and presentation.

Selected Mentors & Shadowing Opportunities

Erwin Huang (Retail & Social Enterprise) – Deputy chairman at Tse Sui Luen (TSL) Jewellry and CEO of WebOrganic, a social enterprise committed to mitigating the impact of digital divide on the quality of learning. Erwin is an internet visionary, technology expert, and a business leader.

Frankie Tam (Mobile Gaming) – Founder and director of Fifth Wisdom Technology; Frankie is a Cornell graduate who develops learning games that provide innovative and creative educational experience through gaming.

Ada Wong (Fashion & Retail) – Currently the president of Maud Frizon, Ada is a seasoned fashion industry executive with top global brands. She was one of the key innovators behind the Chocoolate chain, a casual luxury brand for I.T.

Pong Nan (Music & Entertainment) – Singer, song writer, and producer for East Asia Music, Pong is a Georgetown political science graduate who found alternative success by pursuing his passion for music.

Simon Hwang (Finance) – Wharton and Berkeley graduate; Simon founded Pangu Capital, an asset investment company that investigates how trends in the global economy impact investment ideas.

Other mentors include experienced professionals from the arts & architecture, interior design, education, and legal fields.
